By making my own apple
sauce, I could make sure it didn't have too much added sugar, and instead of sour cream, I made a creamy

By the time I was finished washing, slicing, cutting and cooking everything I was in about 3 hours... I doubled this recipe... It came out very good looking just like the photo at the top... Some people here commented that the recipe was bland so I added a 3/4 teaspoon of both cumin and coriander powder to the
sauce... Nothing bland about this... It was on the spicy side... Not marinading the chicken in
yogurt didn't make much of a difference... I used chicken tenders... When are they ever tough or chewy anyway...

I think I'm going to skip the rice and the
sauce altogether next time — the
yogurt chicken was so yummy just
by iteself — I could eat the whole tray just like that, standing over it in my kitchen!
I served it with some homemade heavy cream
yogurt cheese, which tasted a bit like crème fraiche and finished it
by drizzling some of the plum
sauce from the plum reduction.
Prep all toppings: dice tomatoes, shred cabbage, roast bell peppers (either in oven or microwave), create white
sauce by mixing 1/2 cup olive oil mayo plus 1/2 cup plain greek
yogurt.
It starts off with lobster chawanmushi in a truffle garlic
sauce, followed
by a melon salad with Ho Farms tomatoes, avocado,
yogurt, sesame and yuzu.
I ended up salvaging it
by removing a lot of the liquid before adding the greek
yogurt and I ended up adding 1.5 cups of marinara
sauce and a little extra greek
yogurt and a TON of parmesan..
I made the tahini
yogurt sauce (which was also good) but I think I will skip it next time as the carrots are so good
by themselves.
