Not sure why, cause it so easy and
Yuca is everywhere
here in China!
I've been looking for days Unfortunately, I checked all food stores around
here, even the specialty stores, and I've had no luck finding any
yuca.
We have tons of YUCCA plants
here in southern California, I assumed those were the
YUCA roots in the Mexican markets.
So
here's the scoop... I have had many MANY readers send inquiries about working with
yuca.

Here's my take and I haven't been able to get my hands on the
yuca flour yet so this is simply a visual observation;
I did a little research and found that people make vegan bacon out of tofu, rice wraps, and even vegetables (see Hot for Food's cassava /

here)!
