Saccoccio's work first caught my eye in a 2013 group exhibition called Let's Get Physical, curated by the painter Rick Briggs at Ventana 244 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where she showed a grid of four paintings in gouache and ink on
yupo paper, dominated by drips and spatters and networks of bleeding color.
Sara Leibman's Seasons of Trees depicts the beauty of the earth primarily in oils, but sometimes incorporating media that includes collage and
yupo paper.
