If you don't have a
food processor: In a large
ziplock bag, combine olive oil, orange zest, orange juice, lime juice, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, minced garlic, oregano, and cumin.
I then simply, submerge the
ziplocked bag into warm water for a about 5 minutes as I prep other
foods and then voilà — my rice is ready in just a few short minutes!
