games have certainly captured elements of this classic
zombie formula, but none have nailed it.
At its core, the
game still follows the Dead Rising
formula and requires the player to get from A to B and complete a set number of objectives on the way... not to mention killing thousands of
zombies along the way.

Zombies Heroes — Electronic Arts has made a new
game that is a heavy departure from the standard Plants
formula.
If you've grown tired of the Left 4 Dead
formula, make no mistake, Left 4 Dead 2 is more of the same, but if you're itching to know how it feels to bash a
zombie in the head with a frying pan, that
game has arrived.
Ska Studios are specialists in
zombie games and this follows the same
formula.
There aren't enough variety to the creatures to really shake up the
formula, and if you've played one VR
zombie game you've played them all, in a sense.

game that consists of three basic necessities — explore the island, kill
Zombies, build or collect, and then repeat that all over again and again and again in different parts of Palanai until it becomes a winning
formula and you have successfully survived for a little bit longer.
At its core, the

It seems like every developer has tried the magic
formula (
zombie + guns + gore = great
game).
The
formula isn't restricted to survival horror
games; Nazi
zombies are even cropping up in Call of Duty: World at War, and Borderlands» latest DLC,
Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, shows they can't resist a
zombie gore-fest either.
