Admittedly, I love baking with
zucchini as I feel it eliminates the need for excess oil or butter in

And since it's summer, and my CSA is bursting at the hand - woven seems with
zucchini and the rest of the garden gang, I wanted to make sure I could fit
as many of them into this

as yellow squash and green

as we like saucy pasta.
Usually I eat
