To make these I simply cut my
zucchini into about 1/4 inch thick
rounds, then dipped them
in egg whites and coated them
in a bread crumb and parmesan cheese mixture.

Zucchini may just be making a regular appearance on my dinner table
in the form of these roasty, cheesy, salty
rounds.
I ended up slicing both
zucchini into
rounds, coated them
in oil, spices and parmesan and threw those babies
in the oven.
I think I might try it on something like
zucchini rounds to get that crunchy fried effect and DIP THEM
IN KETCHUP!
Of course deep - fried
zucchini rounds are good - as good as any deep fried thing you can dip
in ranch dressing can be.
