Arrange
the zucchini shells on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Arrange
the zucchini shells cut - side up on the prepared baking sheet and fill each one with the cooked tomato mixture.
Spoon 1/2 cup breadcrumb mixture into
each zucchini shell.
Fill
the zucchini shells with the meat and top them.
Scoop the filling equally into
each zucchini shell until it's all used up.
Put
the zucchini shells, cut side down, on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Remove
the zucchini shells from the oven and fill with the veggie / breadcrumb mixture.
Scoop out the middle of a cooked zucchini, add to a mix of rice, garlic, mushrooms and capsicum then refill
the zucchini shells with the mix.
