On the one hand I would say it's easy perhaps for you to say this as I have often felt that you seem to have an absolute dream life (money, beauty, a loving family, gorgeous home, successful career etc) and I have many a time watched an early morning / post workout instagram story / selfie of yours and felt bad that I'd never be able to do anything like that as i'd simply look horrendous.
