Where, pursuant to any of the provisions of paragraphs (c) to (i) of section 98 (1), the name of a person is removed from the roll, the Electoral Commission must, in accordance with subsection (3) or subsection (4), deliver or send to that person, notice in writing of the removal of that person's name from the roll.
