(b) Additional nominations of eligible Club members for positions on the Board of Directors may be made by written petition addressed to the Secretary and received on or before September 1, signed by 100 members or 10 % of the membership, whichever is greater and accompanied by the written acceptance of each such additional nominee signifying willingness to be a candidate.
