so low dosage, plus low carb crashed me.i knew low carb is the way to go, but was not sure why i crashed.Now everything makes sense to me.and always i have had pretty high insulin levels and hypoglycemia.and its a vicious circle.Not sure how to break it.I did my blood work.TSH - 2.12, Free T4 1.61 (0.82 - 1.77), Free T3 3.0 (2.0 -4.4), RT3 43.2 (13.5 - 34.2) Is my RT3 in a very bad shape.Do you think if i should go on a low carb diet with this RT3.So should i go for a high carb diet (drcate.com)
