I added extra chopped pecan nuts as well as the seeds (pumpkin work well) I also used a nutty cluster type cereal in place of the mutli grain hoops (to use up what i had) You can go easy on the sugar as the golden syrup makes it sweet enough. (bbcgoodfood.com)
