I've got a 92 Civic (first year with a hydraulic clutch instead of a simple cable) with a slight clutch fluid leak somewhere, and I'm curious if, when it gets bad enough to need fixing, it might be feasible to just replace it with a straight cable. (mechanics.stackexchange.com)
«Same goes for any sign of clutch fluid dripping between the clutch and the bell housing.» (evo.co.uk)
I probably didn't add clutch fluid in several years so I'm assuming it just evaporates slowly over time, but my brakes haven't had the same problem so I wonder if it's something else. (mechanics.stackexchange.com)
