Used ground brisket instead of the usual chuck, some tobasco throughout the simmer instead of salt to taste, orange bell instead of green, no beans for the texas die hards, and 45 minutes before finishing i added 2/3 bottle extra stout guiness... if it tasted that good on the first night... todays yankee game chili dogs should be grrrrreat!
