There are also weaker but persistent wastewater plumes coming from Tampa, Palm Beach, Miami and just south of Ft Myers from what looks like a tourist area off the Everglades that will help intensify this potential hurricane event or RECCE (Regional Ectopic Climate Catastrophe Event).
