I suspect we all agree that there are issure regarding how insurance is purchased, but for now thie employer based system is what we are stuck with, but there is no issue here of an employer spending their money — they are merely an agency for transfer of the funds, and all of the costs associated with this are earned by the employee or there would not have been an economic advantage in hiring the employee.
