Again, had I not gotten sick, had the economy not tanked, had our gross receipts not fallen 40 % and had I had someone to stop the hemorrhaging when I was non compus mentis, we may have been okay, but I know I can not rely on by business partner and at my age don't want to do due dilligence on finding out if another one is competent.
