I thought the disproportionately high Remain vote in this constituency was partly due to the fact that the two relatively popular Tory incumbents in the 2 seats — Heidi Allen and Lucy Frazer — had both endorsed Remain although this result challenges both of those notions (ukpollingreport.co.uk)
Vince cable will continue the staunch anti brexit left of centre approach which farron did and so will do well in pockets of remain voting cities and e.g south west London and Bath but will continue as an irrelevance I'm most of provincial and rural England. (ukpollingreport.co.uk)
