If the Pacific and Atlantic temperature oscillations are now making it cooler (predominant La Nina pattern) couldn't they have made it warmer during the previous 30 year period (pre dominant El Nino pattern) as the skeptics have been saying all along? (dotearth.blogs.nytimes.com)
