I have always edited my own books and have never had a bad
comment about typos, poor language etc..
And if you proofread them when they went in, you won't need to
worry about typos when you are simply pasting them later.
One little thing (and no, I don't
care about typos), you say to grate the carrots but they look shredded to me.
