For those that are not already doing so, I'll recommend a healthier approach such as incorporating more organic veggies, organic nuts and seeds, organic meats, and
additional healthy fats such as grass fed organic butter and organic extra virgin coconut oil.
Sunflower seeds, peanuts and almonds are an excellent compliment to my Bulletproof Coffee because they contain enough complex carbohydrates for a bit simpler energy source, but
also additional healthy fats.
With
these additional healthy fats that I am incorporating in my diet, I am watching my carbs and I eliminated sugar from my diet.
Olive oil is
additional healthy fat, and the Paleo diet is one of the few diets out there that places such a primary importance on getting healthy fats into your body.
I learned how to properly nurture my hormones nutritionally with adding quality animal protein,
additional healthy fats, and supplementing where the nutritional gaps fell.
It might recommend a second protein, or the addition of a grain or beans and even
an additional healthy fat.
