Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of the snack bite mixture (I used a 1 1/2 tablespoon stainless steel scoop) and roll into
a ball using the palms of your hands.
Flip the dough over, and then roll it into
a ball using the palm of your hand.
Working with one dough at a time, gather the ends toward the center, flip it over, and then roll into
a ball using the palm of your hand.
Roll the mixture into 18 - 20
balls using the palms of your hands and refrigerate them for a few hours before you enjoy them, just to help them set.
