Spoon about a teaspoon or so of the batter into
the bottom of each muffin cup — enough to cover the bottom.
Place each puff pastry square into the cups of a non-stick muffin tin (the muffin tin does not need to be greased — the puff pastry has enough butter in it), pressing the dough into
the bottom of the muffin cups and up the sides, letting the four corners rest on top of the muffin tin (see picture above for more detail).
Scoop 1 - 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into
the bottom of each muffin cup (for a total of 12).
Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in
the bottom of each muffin cup.
Evenly divide mixture amongst the muffin cups and gently press into
the bottoms of the muffin cups.
Press a heaping tablespoon of the crumbs on
the bottom of each muffin cup.

For each dessert cup, place round edge of one tortilla wedge in
the bottom of a muffin cup, shaping sides to fit cup.
Instead saute some mushrooms and / or other vegetables and place about one to two tablespoons in
the bottom of each muffin cup.
Place about 2 teaspoons of chocolate in
the bottom of each muffin cup.
To assemble, spoon one tablespoon of the cupcake batter into
the bottom of each muffin cup.
Using about half of the batter, cover
the bottoms of each muffin cup less than half way.
That was easily corrected for the second batch just by taking care to press the wrappers onto the sides and
bottoms of the muffin cups, making sure they were somewhat flush against the walls of the cups.
Cut the sandwich bread into half inch squares and evenly distribute them on
the bottom of the muffin cups (as pictured).
For each dessert cup, place round edge of one tortilla wedge in
the bottom of a muffin cup, shaping sides to fit cup.
Place a bread circle at
the bottom of each muffin cup.
You want there to be enough to cover
the bottom of each muffin cup, but the dough will spread and rise a bit as it bakes.
Press 1 tbsp of the panko mixture onto
the bottom of each muffin cup, and then spoon 1 tbsp of the crab mixture into each.
