Hi Alyssa, I would not recommend baking anything on
the bottom oven rack unless the recipe specifically calls for it — always bake on the center rack unless otherwise noted.
I made these last week and used a 24 count full size tin to bake in I have a double oven and used
the bottom oven rack I pulled them out two minutes before time and they were done but half of them were burnt on the bottom making them again this weekend how can I prevent them from burning lower the temp to 340?
Partially pull
the bottom oven rack from the oven and place the baking sheet with the pie crust on it.
Place a pan on
the bottom oven rack and the other on the middle.
Place pie on
the bottom oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.
