of breakfast posts this month, and have been experimenting a little bit more in your kitchen!
When I wrote the first
weekend breakfast post forever ago I had big plans to show a range of my favorite breakfasts.
If you've read any of my
other breakfast posts, you would know how I incorporate vegetables with every meal.
When I look through my archive of gluten -
free breakfast posts, I'm always surprised at how short this list was years ago.
Shanghai scallion pancakes were one of our favorite breakfast street foods among the many choices we featured in our recent
Shanghai Breakfast post.
I then eat my oatmeal a bit after — allowing my body's efforts to tackle healing muscles versus digesting a
big breakfast post run.
The
champagne breakfast post flight is delicious and enjoyed at historic buildings, homesteads and wineries as tradition dictates to bring you gently back to earth.
As I sort through my tons of recipes and photos waiting to be posted, I thought I'd keep it simple with
a breakfast post.

As we discussed in week one of
my breakfast posts, eating a meal with quality protein and healthy fats early in the day will keep you satisfied for longer, not to mention giving your body nutrients that it actually needs!
