I don't see this a problem though since the foam is delicious since most of
the bubbles subside and you are left with the best strawberry syrup.
Continue whisking until
the bubbling subsides.
Once
the bubbling subsides, turn the heat back on to medium - low and cook for another five minutes, stirring often.
Reduce heat to medium - low and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until
bubbles subside and mixture is thick enough to coat spoon, about 3 minutes.
Have the person lie there until
the bubbling subsides.
