I tested this recipe a few times before publishing it here on the blog, and I'm going to provide you with two
different dip variations because of this.
These rolls are perfectly satisfying comfort food all on their own, but feel free to experiment
with different dipping sauces: guacamole (pictured — Wholly Guacamole spicy variety), salsa, queso, additional enchilada sauce, sour cream.

It is a wonderfully easy and
different dip — not what people expect!
I serve them with three
different dipping sauces for you indecisive folks - a spicy harissa tomato sauce, a creamy tahini yogurt, and a green herb chutney, along with pita bread.
Something about a giant platter filled with
different dips, sauces, skewers, veggies, toasts, etc. that makes me so giddy!
It took a few weeks for this to take off, but once it did the kids got really into trying different veges with
different dips.
Besides making some kind of dessert,
