I thought this book had some gems, with some sections that were really great in teaching
empathy and understanding of the unique issues that children who may have traumatic histories are experiencing.
They need to be intrigued by the scope of the conflict or immediately
feel empathy and understanding for your main character, all within a few short paragraphs.
But even more than that, I believe touch has the power to create and transform; to enable greater connection which helps to create
