I love munching on
raw fennel slices as a healthy snack, or chopping it and mixing it with diced shallot, olive oil and fleur de sel for a fresh summer salad.
Grill sausages, red pepper slices and
fennel slices to your liking and cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
Arrange
the fennel slices on top in a single layer, then set aside.
Working in batches, add
the fennel slices to the skillet, making sure that they all come into contact with the surface of the skillet (not overlapping).
