Combine
finely ground pecans, crackers, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
The second time I made them I used half the salt, added 1/4
cup ground pecans, and added a little bit of organic sugar.
Almond meal would probably work, but I think that
adding ground pecans might be better, as far as texture goes.
