I had one vehicle that fairly regularly had
electrical ignition problems and would use the starter to get it to the next suitable spot to stop on the shoulder and fix it.
The lack of action when General Motors found out about a series of
ignition problems in their vehicles is just the latest example.
All are traits she will call upon as she is challenged to explain why, with her background in manufacturing, she was not aware of the faulty -

Id be leaning toward
an ignition problem.
Anyway, in my mind this definitely points to
