Throw the turkey carcass in a crock pot, (
wrapped in cheese cloth if you don't want to have to worry about bones) add water, salt, pepper, carrots, celery, garlic, and some quinoa or barley, and you've got a yummy soup for a week.

it in a cheese cloth and hang it on the crib.
