I recently made a vegan salted caramel out of coconut sugar and coconut milk (and some other stuff) that I
used in an ice cream recipe.
Instead of
indulging in ice cream or sugary frozen pops, try freezing a blend of green tea and berries for healthy frozen pops, or snack on a handful of frozen grapes.
I used a coconut peanut butter spread for this ice cream because I wanted a bit more coconut

I've played with putting fermented foods
in ice cream too but I was under the impression that the probiotics don't survive the freezing process.
When time comes to serve dessert, put the lemon mixture
in an ice cream freezer, and freeze according to the directions that come with your unit.

Reducing the amount of saturated

miso in your ice cream, you can make this one without it, just using the roasted strawberries.
Personally, I'd take a chocolate bar and chop it up finely (I like all those different
textures in the ice cream) but mini chocolate chips would be good, too!
