I was fortunate enough to receive a fun package from Grace Foods that included a bottle
of Jerk Marinade, BBQ Sauce and some Coconut water (and a cute apron) and we decided to experiment a bit.
The chicken breast had a
spicy jerk marinade, crusted with the Front Street grounds and then slow roasted.
Put the pork in a resealable plastic bag with
the jerk marinade and work it through the meat.
I was apprehensive about even tasting
