As it cooks the mole will thicken, If the consistency its to thick
add more chicken stock, little at the time, you want a creamy consistency, that will cover the back of a spoon.
Add
more chicken stock, if needed, to desired consistency.
When I make
some more chicken stock this recipe will be at the top of the list to try.
My really simple method was adding
more chicken stock to that same pan while I made a roux in a separate pot.
Remove from the heat and puree with a hand blender, if you feel your consistency is too thick add more chicken stock
Add
more chicken stock to adjust the consistency to how you like it.
At this point if you like a more wet stuffing, add
more chicken stock.
(If soup is thicker than desired, simply add
more chicken stock).
The soup should be quite thick but if it's too thick, add
more chicken stock.
