doing more quinoa flour and using tapioca instead of potato starch, but coconut flour most certainly will not work.

bit more quinoa and maybe some arrowroot instead of cornstarch perhaps.

incorporate more quinoa into our diet since it's so healthy and it easily takes on what flavors you add to it, much like couscous, rice or orzo.
I replaced the garbanzo bean flour for
more quinoa flour (garbanzo beans don't agree with me) and the raisins for cranberries and baked for about 35 min — mmm yum!!!
