I love adding a
bit more Sriracha for heat, and topping it all off with a slightly runny soft - boiled egg.
WIth the caveat that I don't cook for kids often, I'd suggest maybe reducing that to 1/2 tsp, and then the adults can drizzle a
little more sriracha on theirs tableside if they desire?
Marvel at how quickly the pork disappears, drizzle
more Sriracha on top if you need it.
As much as I love good old fashioned Buffalo wings, I'm
more a sriracha girl myself and as thus these wings were invented but first they needed a crispy crust without frying.
You could serve them with your favorite sauces,
including more Sriracha or my cilantro mint chutney or sweet date and tamarind chutney.
Move hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped tomatoes, cilantro and green onions, as well
as more sriracha if desired.
I don't think I would have liked hummus on it, and it definitely didn't
need more sriracha or other spices, but maybe some sort of cool yogurt sauce?
I really enjoy spicy foods (and so does most of my co-workers) so I used 2/3 of the everything and they couldn't really tell it was spicy so next time I make this I will probably add just a little
bit more sriracha.
Also subbed the cayenne for sriracha and did a small portion on the side
with more sriracha... eating it right now as a chili con queso with some nachos.
Serve with freshly cut cilantro leaves,
more sriracha sauce, and a side of brown rice or tortillas.
Add more sweet chili sauce as a sweetener or
more sriracha for more heat, if desired; set aside.
I also used fage 2 % yoghurt in place of the sour cream and was delicious but i added quite a bit
more sriracha — also sprinkles some coarse salt on the chicken when it came of the oven which i thought it needed.
Taste and adjust seasonings, adding
more Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, or lime, if needed.
Taste test and add a bit more mayo if you'd like it to be milder, and add
some more sriracha if you'd like it hotter.
Some more Sriracha mayonaise and your tilapia fish tacos are ready to serve.
For the aioli dip, mix together in a bowl, 4 tablespoons of mayo (I use Just Mayo), 2 cloves of garlic minced, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (for more heat add
more Sriracha,) and a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
If you think it needs salt or more heat, simply add sea salt and
more Sriracha.
Add
more Sriracha to taste.
To increase the heat, you can add
more Sriracha to the sauce.
The best part about this recipe is that you can easily tailor it to your liking - less butter,
more Sriracha, etc..
