light oat flavor and is a little more sturdy than the other two recipes, making it easier to pile on those fresh berries.
By that I mean, while they still have the
great oat flavor and chewy texture of a regular Oatmeal Cookie, they are also loaded with extras.
I will sub whole wheat pastry flour in place of all purpose (I rarely have this) since that is my habit... tho... I wonder... will it overshadow
the oat flavor... hmmmm.
