So if you sub those in in
place of the coconut amino just make sure to taste — and probably you won't need to add the extra pink salt.
An 8 oz package of tempeh (cut this into cubes and add a few drops of liquid smoke and a couple of
tbsp of coconut aminos and allow it to marinate a few hours)
I use a mix of mushrooms like creminis and shiitakes for depth of flavor; there are walnuts for richness, parsley for freshness and color, and a splash
of coconut aminos for a deep savory note.
I basically did equal parts honey and Dijon mustard and threw in a
splash of coconut aminos, a little olive oil, a pinch of onion powder and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt.
To make up for the milder
flavor of the Coconut Aminos, added 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil once the cooking was done, 1 Tablespoon raw honey, plus some salt and pepper.
Used cashew yogury, added fresh minced garlic, a few
shots of coconut aminos and 1/2 tsp of miso in place of salt, added a dash of garam masala, and some fresh, diced medjool dates!
Otherwise, I find that if you're using soy or tamari (wheat - free soy sauce) that you'll want to use roughly HALF of the amount
of coconut aminos called for in the recipe to account for the saltiness of the soy or tamari.

In a separate bowl, coat the coconut flakes in the Cajun spice mix and the
rest of the coconut aminos, place into a non-stick pan along with the sliced tofu, until the flakes start to brown and crisp up slightly.
Add a
bit of coconut aminos or tamari (remember you are adding these to taste since tamari is far more salty than coconut aminos).
This doesn't mean that the product is without health benefits, just that it would be highly improper to attribute the health benefits shown in certain studies for coconut oil and coconut products as applicable to the
consumption of coconut aminos!

portions of our Coconut Aminos and Coconut Vinegar and drizzle over salads, steamed veggies, or marinate with your protein of choice and bake, grill, or sauté.
I inadvertently mis - measured the amount of soy (haven't laid in a
supply of coconut aminos yet) that went into the eggs (used 2 tablespoons... fail!)
The tomato paste gives it a little bit of texture and a different flavor, but you could add 1 or 2
tbsp of coconut aminos and I'm sure it would taste delicious.

Season your pork with shiitake mushrooms, fresh ginger, a
splash of coconut aminos, and hoisin sauce and it's magic in a lettuce cup.
