Just wondered what
type of coconut yoghurt and coconut ice cream you would suggest / recommend and where to buy it, please?
I've tried to get a few hints on how it's made 1/2 coconut milk 1/2 cashew milk blended with chia — left overnight then a
scoop of coconut yoghurt (expect it's coyo) and then topped of with kakao nibs, coconut flakes, blueberries and goji berries.
I love throwing them in a
bowl of coconut yoghurt and berries, which I can wolf down quickly before I run out the door in the morning.
The
mix of coconut yoghurt and date nectar / syrup is so amazingly sweet and creamy — it really does taste a little like dessert, so it's the perfect breakfast if you're trying to wean yourself off conventional cereal and toast!
