Plus I may add about a 1/2 c of crushed tortilla chips.Other adjustments / additions I did was using 2 egg whites
instead of the egg substitute, I added about a 1/2 t. chili powder, 1 jalapeno, and some jarred roasted red peppers (both to the bread mix and to the chicken).
1/2 large ripe avocado, cut into 1 - inch dice 1 tomato, chopped 1 teaspoon lime juice Pinch of salt 1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 teaspoon rosemary 4 black olives, minced 4 fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced 3 eggs (or the equivalent
amount of egg substitute) 1 teaspoon ground cayenne 11/2 teaspoons olive oil

lots of egg substitute, in this case a blend of commercial egg substitute and chia seeds, which I successfully swapped with flax.
I read in your list
of egg substitutes that you can strain the seeds out.
You can google for a list
of egg substitute, but the chia helps bind everything together here.

of egg substitute.
