Because the house is so hot, I made those on the BBQ on foil
on pizza pan for about 21 minutes.
Place the dough triangles
on a pizza pan with the long point of the triangle pointing out, and the smaller sides slightly overlapping each other to create an interlocking ring.
The crust is as easy as choosing your seasoning (I like garlic, basil, and red pepper flakes), mixing that with the banana flour, adding some water, and spreading that
mixture on your pizza pan.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place your pizza
crust on an pizza pan that's either been oiled or lined with parchment paper.
On a pizza pan covered with parchment then when I flip it goes onto a second pizza pan with parchment then you can peel the paper off the top to put on the toppings.
To serve: Put pizza
on pizza pan or baking sheet; place in oven.
SPRAY top edge of pumpkin with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil, then place cut - side down
on pizza pan or baking sheet.
I also spread it out
on a pizza pan and bake and then top with pizza toppings.
When the dough is sufficiently stretched place
it on the pizza pan and use a fork to perforate the dough from the center to crust.
I also thought I would try to make
it on a pizza pan that had air holes - another bad idea!
I take a cup of whatever wood chips I'm using, soak them in water for a half hour, drain them, and put
them on a pizza pan.
I usually cook
it on my pizza pan for the first 10 minutes in the middle of the rack.
