I cooked one in ceramic crock with the lid on for the first 30 mins and the other
on a pizza stone with a metal bowl over it for the first 30 mins..
After rolling out the dough, (which I had really good luck with), I placed the
dough on a pizza stone and baked it that way.
I put some parchment
paper on my pizza stone, put the dough on top, then covered in plastic wrap to roll it out with a rolling pin, then removed plastic wrap.
Baked it for 40 minutes
on a pizza stone on 180 (I have an oven thermometer), the last five minutes bottom up.
