I've been doing a lot
of recipe testing for my next book, but other than that we've been keeping things really low key.
I had the privilege of
recipe testing for this book, and I have to say that it was a truly enjoyable experience.
His office is literally one mile from my new apartment and he's getting quite savvy at knowing the days I'm
doing recipe testing.
Cooking time may have to be reduced as needed but unfortunately, without
further recipe testing, I can not answer with certainty.
I have had more than my fair share of pie
while recipe testing the last few weeks, but I really loved this one, even though I didn't know if I would.
I just had a cookie fail today
during recipe testing, and something similar happened — the cookies essentially boiled in the oven and spread way too much.

It's about time I posted another dessert recipe... at least that's what my husband argued when it came time for some
