Within the last year, I started eating a banana alongside a scoop
of peanut butter for breakfast on mornings when I'm planning on going for a long walk, or to play tennis (obviously, in the summer!).
Sometimes I want tea but it is no substitute in any way... I used to eat the exact same English muffin
with peanut butter for breakfast every single morning for easily 7 years straight.

In the spirit of
the Peanut Butter for Breakfast campaign, I thought it would be fun to share some breakfast recipes using peanut butter.
I used to have 25g of vega proteins, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of blueberries and 1 tablespoon of
peanut butter for breakfast.
