I didn't follow the recipe exactly, used graham flour,
substituted pecans for walnuts, left out the molasses, and did the lemon juice and milk swap for the buttermilk.
Made these with all the listed ingredients but
subbing pecans for walnuts, and added about 1/4 cup cocoa powder because I was having an emo day, as well as about 1 Tbsp molasses and 1 Tbsp instant coffee.
i wiped sliced pears with lemon juice to stall browning, substituted
pecans for walnuts, put 1/2 pat of butter in each core hole, sprinkled some brown sugar, drizzled with honey and added pecans.

I am on a starch free diet, so omitted the oats and then I substituted goji berries for the dried fruit and
pecans for the walnuts (didn't have walnuts at the time).
I just made my second jar of this however I had to substitute
pecans for walnuts AND it was still delicious.
