I just wanted to let you know I have a blog about essential oils, and this week I wrote about making your cookies and
adding peppermint essential oil to the recipe!

ml peppermint essential oil, was consumed for ten days.
A few drops of your favorite essential oil — I used
peppermint essential oil because it's remarkable for alleviating stress, it can help sore muscles, it naturally aids in digestion (if applied to the tummy areas), it's great for rejuvenation of the body, it helps fight fatigue, and it gives me an instant little mood boost!
These
include peppermint essential oil (topically and / or internally), raw apple cider vinegar, digestive enzymes, and activated charcoal in case of food poisoning.

I like to use
pure peppermint essential oil (just a tiny drop) in many of my recipes including my smoothie recipes, in my coffee blended with cacao, and in my matcha lattés.

I have been using a homemade toothpaste made of bentonite clay, water, tea tree oil and
peppermint essential oil for about 6 months, and before that I was using coconut oil and baking soda, which I didn't like as it hurt my teeth.
