Another way to showcase your beloved peonies: atop layers of red velvet
with pink chocolate sails.
The purple range, which comes just one week after leading cocoa processor Barry Callebaut announced it has
developed pink chocolate, derived naturally by isolating specific compounds in cocoa beans.
The Marc de Champagne truffles are made of a fresh cream dark chocolate truffle with champagne, enrobed in white
then pink chocolate.
So to celebrate, these white chocolate chip cupcakes frosted with a velvet white chocolate buttercream, finished with
a pink chocolate heart, fit the bill perfectly.
So while the fudge recipe above is sweetened, I've also created a number of similar recipes that are completely sugar free, like
the pink chocolate pictured below.
Note: I melted
some pink chocolate candy coating, put it into a Ziplock lunch baggie, snipped off a small corner.
