Wondering what you * might * suggest in
place of the coconut milk — I'm allergic to all things coconut, which is sometimes tough, living a mostly plant - based, almost vegan (though I eat seafood like no one's business!)
Well, if you want to keep it oil - free I would use a unsweetened soy milk in
place of the coconut milk or a nut - milk you prefer (no sugar or vanilla added!).
Alternatively, you could use an unflavored soy or almond milk
place of the coconut milk.
